Catering Servers & Bartenders

As a leading staffing agency in the hospitality industry, StaffWerk is dedicated to providing excellent service to clients at various events, from corporate functions to weddings. Catering Servers and Bartenders play a vital role in ensuring that guests receive top-notch service, contributing to the overall success of any event.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown catering areas, including arranging tables, serving stations, and decorations according to event specifications
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all relevant laws and policies
• Assist with event setup and cleanup, including maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the event
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Catering Server or Bartender, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage guests
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to work well with others under pressure
• Knowledge of beverage service and mixology for Bartender positions is highly valued
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Pay Rate: $17-$21 per hour.
