Catalyst for THRIVE Initiative

Hours: 20 hours per month

Compensation: $1000 per month (contractor)

Reports to: Operations Director

Position Overview:

The Catalyst plays a crucial role in facilitating the THRIVE Initiative across a city / region. This is a 6-month leadership development ministry designed to equip  urban lead pastors and church planters. As a Catalyst, you will be responsible for recruiting, accessing pastors and facilitating monthly huddles, and providing ongoing support to ensure the success of participants in implementing their 90-day MOST Action Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and retain 5 Urban lead pastors or church planters as participants of the THRIVE initiative 
• Facilitate monthly gathering (huddles) for a group of 5 pastors, covering content in the training materials to include: multiplication thinking, permission giving, disciple multiplying, gift activating, and kingdom building
• Host one-on-one support and follow-up meetings with pastors between huddles
• Guide pastors in developing and refining their 90-day MOST Action Plans
• Collect and report data on program outcomes and impact monthly 
• Collaborate with the Nitrogen Network team to continuously improve the THRIVE Initiative
• Foster a supportive peer network among participating pastors
• Always in recruiting mode for the next Church planter in MI, NC, ATL
