Caregiver

FlexTime Nurses is a leading healthcare staffing agency that specializes in providing flexible nursing solutions to healthcare facilities. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver at FlexTime Nurses, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to individuals in need, including the elderly, disabled, and those recovering from illnesses or injuries.

Responsibilities

• Assisting individuals with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
• Administering medications and following prescribed treatment plans
• Assisting with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices and equipment
• Providing companionship and emotional support to individuals
• Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for individuals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CPR certification
• Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
