We're looking for a Campaigns Operations Specialist to join the Revenue Operations team at a pivotal point in our growth. Reporting to the Director of Demand Gen you will be responsible for executing operations that bring our marketing campaigns to life, including email production, segmentation, and lead automation.

Requirements

  • You are fanatical about the details - a broken link, subject line typo or untracked lead makes you shudder.
  • You can identify trends in campaign, web and email performance and are eager to share them for overall department improvement.
  • You are a self-starter and committed to improving your skills through research, training classes and good ol’ fashioned Googling.
  • You are excited to work on a small team where you will have a big impact on the business. The MessageGears values of “biased toward action” and “goal oriented and results driven” speak to your soul. 
  • 3+ years Marketing Operations experience at a B2B company 
  • Experience in a marketing automation program, bonus points for Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, but we recognize that a great MOps hire can easily bridge across systems.



Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Preferably 5 years of marketing operations experience
  • Technologies: Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Google Analytics 4, Terminus, GoToWebinar, SalesLoft, Salesforce, LiveChat, Zapier, VWO, Cognism, Monday.com
