We are currently seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • understanding that to succeed, you'll have to pick up the phone and call targets.
