This position offers the flexibility of remote work. However, please note that in the future, we are expanding and planning to establish a new sales office in the Marietta area. Once the office is operational, it will be required that you report to work on-site every day.

Business Development Manager is an outside sales position who don’t require any supports to complete own tasks listed below. This position is also responsible for increasing sales in assigned area and customers while adhering to the company policies. In order to contribute to our customers, it is crucial to build and maintain a positive business relationship for the future development of both companies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 80% travel in the area, 20% desk work. Business trip is assigned as needed.
- Daily contact with new & existing customers for appointments. Plan out day to day schedule.
- Increase the frequency of sales meeting with the prospects in your sales territories.
- Prepare, distribute & use necessary materials to complete sales.
- Introduce and sell products, acquire projects from new and existing customers
- Find and create needs in new & existing customers and market.
- Build relationship with buyer or key decision makers of new & existing customers
- Meeting individual sales target.
- Routinely update, and share record of new & existing customers with company.
- Improve customer satisfaction by resolving issues between customer and company.
- Report daily progress, issues, challenges, future plans and suggestions to managers.
- Forward customer order to applicable department promptly.
- Collect customer’s payment by due date.
- Company car maintenance

Supervisory Responsibility
- Consult, support subordinates and have them fulfill their responsibilities
- Fully understand company’s policy, strategy and plan with your members
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship for employment visa
- Bachelor or higher degree required
- Valid driver license.
- 3+ years experience of selling, preferably at CPG industry.
- Ability to drive min. 200 miles and in heavily populated areas
- Report to office every morning in own or public transportation
- Communicate in business level English
- Basic calculation skills (i.e. Cost, profit, profit margin, and expense)
- Ability to lift min. 40 pounds
- Ability to walk or stand for 8+ hours during outside sales and tradeshows.
- Handle, consume, and cook: meat, seafood, vegetable, fruit, peanut, flour, soy, sesame etc
- Ability to use MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and Windows operation system
- No hesitation with visiting, speaking and negotiating with customers
- Punctual
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time well
