Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders

• Identify and analyze business processes and workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions

• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful product delivery

• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, scope, and requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role

• Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

• Certification in business analysis or project management is a plus
