Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and attendance
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively, with a sense of urgency
• Ability to make every customer feel as they are the most important customer of the day
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to work hard with integrity with minimal supervision
• Experience with AutoSoft is preferred but not required.

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent C.S.I. scores.
• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Serve as communicator between customer and technician. Ensuring complete understanding of both with regards to the services rendered. Continue to keep customer informed with necessary information based on service.
• Accurately verify warranty and service contracts.
• Prepare and process Repair Orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles, and descriptions of symptoms, etc
• Answer phones with the ability to set the appointment into our scheduler.
• Advise customer on additional needed services, explain all benefits
• Effectively manage a team of technicians
• Answer phones with the ability to set the appointment in our scheduler

Requirements

Automotive Service Adviser Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with acceptable record
• Drug screening is a part of our hiring process
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience
