Job Title: Automobile Auction Representative
Overview: We're seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automobile Auction Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth transactions and delivering exceptional service to both buyers and sellers. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to buyers and sellers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately assess vehicle condition prior to auction.
- Generate detailed reports on vehicle history, condition, and auction results.
- Collaborate with auction staff to ensure the efficient operation of auction events.
- Maintain accurate records of auction inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract buyers and sellers to auction events.
Qualifications:
- Passion for automobiles and understanding of automotive industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Environment: This position will primarily be based at an auction facility with travel to off-site auction events. The role involves interaction with customers, auction staff, and vendors in a fast-paced and exciting atmosphere.
