The Role

As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial advisors and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client financial analysis
• Account rebalancing and trading
• Investment model maintenance and investment research
• Troubleshooting with performance reporting
• Creating performance reports
• Generating client reports and proposals
• Paperwork related to private placements, investments, and qualified accounts
• General account administration questions
• Assist in creating and preparing client marketing materials in conjunction with other departments
• Staying up to date with the markets and how they affect our clients

You'll be the go-to person for standard day-to-day client account requests and contribute significantly to the comprehensive financial services we provide.

Requirements

Required Skills / Licenses:

• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts.
• Familiarity with financial planning software and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Series 7, SIE, required
• Series 63, 65, or 66, Life and Health a plus!
