Full Job Description

3:15 is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant. As an Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, and you will work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing optimization of our product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and Teams
  • Organize and file electronic files and records and statistics
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Audit employees following company policies and report findings to supervisor according to protocols outlined by supervisor
  • Assist in the creation of product documentation, such as user guides and training materials
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product updates and releases
  • Monitor product performance and gather insights to inform product optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to identify opportunities for product innovation

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Experience with product management software/tools is a plus
