Job Title: Amazon E- Commerce Specialist
Location: Onsite - Atlanta Office
Key Responsibilities:
- The E-commerce Specialist will manage and optimize the online sales performance of the company.
- Manages product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels on the Amazon eCommerce platform. Ensures accurate product information and availability.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic, customer acquisition, and sales conversion.
- Utilizes SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to maximize online visibility and engagement.
- Tracks and analyzes eCommerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value
- Work with web developers and designers to enhance site functionality and aesthetics
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stays informed about eCommerce regulations, industry standards, and best practices
- increase website conversion rates and improve online sales performance. Conducts A/B testing, usability studies, and site analytics to identify and address conversion barriers.
- Analyzes customer journey data and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the online shopping experience.
- Implements strategies to enhance user interface, navigation, checkout process, and customer service.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the online marketplace such as Amazon .
- Maximize sales and revenue while also managing day-to-day operations on the platform
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2 - 4 years of experience managing an Amazon e-commerce business
- Strong knowledge of online stores marketplace, policies, and best practices
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth on Amazon
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
