Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Yacht Broker at SYC Yachts located at Rose Marina. The Yacht Broker will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and preferences, sourcing potential boats, arranging viewings, and facilitating the buying and selling process. Additionally, the Yacht Broker will provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of the boat and yachting industry
- Experience in yacht brokerage or related sales role
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in the marine industry or as a boat owner is required
- Relevant licensing or certifications in yacht brokerage
