Position Overview:

The Inside Wholesale Account Executive builds market positions by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing new business relationships with brokers and third party originators. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate ventures, a competitive drive and enthusiasm surrounding real estate deals with experience in consultative sales, specifically working with brokers and third-party originators.

Qualifications:

In order to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following list of qualifications and responsibilities is not all inclusive, as each employee is expected to be a team player and may be assigned other tasks as necessary. This is meant to serve as an overview of the position description: 

  • Minimum two years of professional mortgage sales experience with high-volume third-party originators, including mortgage brokers
  • At least three years of sales experience with an ability to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage time and workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work professionally at a fast-paced environment as this is a client-facing role. 

Responsibilities

  • Promote LendingOne’s products and services by addressing or predicting broker objectives. 
  • Advise brokers and third-party originators on the advantages of LendingOne’s financial products by collecting and analyzing borrowers’ assets and investments 
  • Guide brokers and other partners through the investment process, including counseling brokers on how to submit qualified business to LendingOne. 
  • Develop long-term relationships with third-party originators by examining risks and potential in recommended deals and by estimating needs and goals
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders in reference to progress, timelines, and stipulations.
