Warehouse laborer/ Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining inventory, preparing products for shipment, and ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a combination of technical aptitude and hands-on experience, enabling them to assist in minor repairs and assembly tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine warehouse duties, including receiving, organizing, and packing products for shipping.
• Assist with technical tasks, such as assembly, disassembly, and minor repairs of equipment as necessary.
• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and waterjet, knife table, crimping machine, ensuring safe and effective use.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet shipping deadlines.
• Provide support to the warehouse manager in various operational tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus.
• MUST HAVE a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or technical role is preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and ability to perform minor repairs.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and procedures.
