We’re Fetch, a family owned, multi-specialty group of veterinary practices located in Florida and South Carolina. Our locations offer specialty services along with 24hr ER support. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Veterinary Inventory Manager at our NEWEST Fetch location in the sunny state of Florida!
**Previous experience in a veterinary setting is required**
As the Veterinary Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and other essential items for our veterinary practice. You will work closely with our veterinary team, suppliers, and vendors to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and processes
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Review and track inventory usage to identify trends and minimize waste
- Perform regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Coordinate the storage and organization of inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to address inventory needs and optimize supply levels
- Stay informed about industry trends and new products
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of veterinary medical supplies and pharmaceuticals
- 2 years experience in inventory management, preferably in a veterinary or medical environment
- Is organized, motivated, committed and self-directed
- Is emotionally and mentally mature, able to engender trust, and always ready to listen
- Can accept constructive criticism and implement change to completion
- Experience with the Cubex & ezyVet systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including inventory management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
