Join our team of dedicated professionals – lauded by military.com as a top employer in the Security industry. As an Eagle Eye agent, you will be part of a security detail responsible for protecting the commercial facilities and properties of one of our valued clients. As a Security Guard you will provide security for designated properties using as needed physical and verbal skills to subdue and or deescalate situations in the most effective and safe manner possible. We are looking for agents who are dedicated to doing their best in any task with moral fortitude and character and always displaying a high level of customer service. Security Guards should expect to encounter on a daily basis incidental contact and interaction with vendors, delivery services, contractors, employees, and executives. This is an ad-hoc position for events in Orlando, Florida beginning January 2025.

The Agent will be required to perform a full range of security protection skills and services, including but not limited to:
- Adhere to Eagle Eye and Client directed SOP's;
- Project a highly professional manner at all times;
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external persons regarding such information as: local services and local amenity information;
- Frequent standing, or walking for long periods of time maybe required;
- Must be able to multitask and be a self-motivator;
- Must be able to utilize today's technology to provide daily reporting (Laptop/Monitor CCTV, cell phones, wireless);
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness and personal appearance
- Any other tasks related to the facility as directed the client or Eagle Eye staff
- Proven problem-solving skills;
- Superior time management;
- Sound judgment under pressure and resolute in action;
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
- High Emotional IQ;
- A proactive, high degree of professionalism, responsibility, and maturity;
- Low-key, reliable, good moral character;

- Ability to operate Google Suite, Office, and basic electronic devices such as cell phones/tablets/computers

Requirements
- Florida Security License
- First Aid / CPR / AED
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills;
- Fluently read, speak, and write the English language;
- Firm understanding of local and state “Use of Force” laws;
- Must possess a valid driver license with a dependable mode of transportation;
- Must be at least 21 years of age;
- Candidates must pass companies background and reference checks, drug testing, and behavioral selection surveys;
- High School Diploma or equivalent, College Degree preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly to communicate with employees and/or other customers;
- The employee is required to hear conversations in noisy environments;
- Ability to twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs and walk as required to perform the duties associated with functioning as a security officer
- Ability to squat, kneel and crawl as needed;
- Occasional pushing/pulling/carrying/lifting of objects; may be up to 50 lbs and include climbing stairs;
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods;
- Ability to use hands to handle, hold or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with arms, and talk or hear;
- Normal vision is corrected by using glasses and/or contacts for normal reading and viewing abilities. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus;
- May occasionally be required to work outdoors in inclement weather;
- May be required in some positions to have sufficient dexterity, mobility, and physical ability, and stamina to restrain individuals from following established guidelines and sufficient mobility to respond to clients’ needs;
- May experience occasional confrontational situations where “Use of Force” and escalation of force may be required
