Transportation Project Engineer

Hire Resolve’s client is a leading Civil Engineering firm that is urgently seeking the expertise of a Transportation Project Engineer in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Provide roadway design and plans production assistance to the transportation design group.
• Strong communication skills including both written and verbal.
• Ensure QA/QC processes are followed.
• Assist in marketing efforts for NV5 to FDOT and local municipalities to obtain new contracts.
• The Project Engineer will be expected to complete project tasks within deadlines and work within allotted project budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Florida PE license
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in transportation engineering design and plans production for municipal and private clients
• FDOT design experience a plus
• Knowledge of Bentley OpenRoads/FDOT Connect/3D modeling preferred
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license prior to employment is preferred
