Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled /experienced Transport Refrigeration Mobile Technician to join our team. Coverage areas will include: Lakeland, Auburndale, Plant City and Eastern Hillsborough County.
Qualified candidate responsibilities will include maintaining current and existing accounts. Provide all levels of maintenance services, diagnose, overhaul and repair with the primary focus on all refrigeration units designed for commercial trucks and trailers. A technician will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, climb and sit. They must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs or more.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration systems
- Repair and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure functionality
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
- Provide excellent customer service during service calls

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

Requirements
Must have diesel mechanic experience and most of the required tools to start. **Training may be available for beginner and middle level technicians**
TOP PAY and commission available (based on experience level)
Pay range is $28 to $40 hourly. (based on experience level)
Company mobile service truck provided and supplied with parts inventory.
***MUST have a valid drivers license***
Candidate should have basic computer skills: PC, Windows and Outlook. Effective communication with customers/drivers.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.
