Full Job Description
Our early childhood program is rapidly growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of our toddlers.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Communicate effectively with parents to share progress and milestones.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Early Childhood Education: A genuine love for working with toddlers and a commitment to their growth and development.
- Educational Background: Minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, Bachelor's degree or CDA preferred
