Technical Product Manager

STELLA Automotive AI, an industry leader in automotive AI solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager who possesses both a strong technical background and a customer-first mindset. This role will drive the development of cutting-edge AI products for the automotive industry. You will be a key player in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that product features and functionalities align with customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and communicate product features, agent skills, system integrations and application modules
• Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder requirements to prioritize product features and functionality.
• Manage cross-team dependencies as feature owner
• Own the documentation process, ensuring high standards for technical writing and accurate, detailed, up-to-date product documentation.
• Help design the logical structure of user interface screens, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and customer expectations.
• Map out APIs and data-level product requirements for seamless integration with engineering workflows.
• Perform agile product management tasks such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos.
• Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback to iterate and improve products.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth third-party integration and partnerships.
• Support product launch efforts and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Manager (or a role with equivalent requirements) with a strong technical foundation in SaaS software development and/or AI technologies
• Proven customer obsession and the ability to integrate feedback into product enhancements
• Experience managing vendors and negotiating third-party integrations
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills, with the ability to raise the bar in product definition and communication standards
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset to address challenges efficiently
• Automotive industry knowledge is a plus, though not mandatory
