Tax Manager - CPA

As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area, delivering quality tax services, and increasing the firm's reputation. Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise and understanding of tax laws and regulations to provide tax planning, compliance, and advisory services
• Review and analyze various tax documents, including tax returns, financial statements, and other relevant materials
• Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax engagements
• Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients and internal teams
• Participate in business development activities, including attending networking events and industry meetings, to expand the firm's client base
• Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships and serving as a trusted tax advisor

Requirements

• Active CPA license is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and tax planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Authorized to work in the United States
