Tax Manager - CPA

Hire Resolve's esteemed client is currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager with a CPA license. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area, delivering quality tax services, and contributing to the firm's reputation. Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in taxation, including flow through taxation, partnerships, and S-corporations
• Provide tax compliance, planning, and advisory services to clients
• Review work papers prepared by staff, recommend changes, and implement additional documentation based on applicable tax law and firm policy
• Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior associates to ensure timely and efficient completion of tax engagements
• Participate in business development activities to expand the client base, including attending networking events and industry meetings, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives

Requirements

• Active CPA license is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on Tax
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting, compliance, and all types of tax returns
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and deadline management skills
• Exceptional client service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Willingness to travel locally as needed
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
