The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Infinite Reality, a pioneering Innovation and Technology company. This position will be based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and will involve managing a large scale, state of the art building project for our expanding Studio operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the entertainment industry, particularly in sound stage and XR stage construction and management. This role requires technical expertise in audiovisual technologies, sound engineering, and the latest advancements in production tools and equipment.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all aspects of the studio building project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
- Analyze production needs for the geographical area and determine the type and sizes of stages needed for the facility.
- Oversee the construction and management of sound stages, including practical application of studio soundproofing and flooring techniques.
- Design grid and gantry systems to support production requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the facility meets power requirements and electrical architecture standards.
- Evaluate infrastructure needs of the facility, including water, power, networking, sewage, etc.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of safety and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the entertainment industry, with a focus on sound stage construction and management.
- Deep understanding of audiovisual technologies, sound engineering, and production equipment.
- Knowledge of the latest advancements in production tools and equipment, such as XR, Volume Capture, Motion Capture, etc.
- Experience with Leeds certification is a plus.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. The base salary range is applicable across the United States and the offered rate may vary based on factors such as experience, education, market conditions, and location.
