Sr. Project Manager, Global

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with expertise in Artificial Intelligence to lead and manage AI-driven projects at Amivision. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with company goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and direction to achieve project objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, designers, and clients, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that AI solutions meet quality standards and align with the company’s vision and goals.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and reports, for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project manager in the technology industry, with a focus on artificial intelligence or machine learning projects.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications, preferably in the lighting or event industry.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Jira.
• Ability for travel globally, up to 50%

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
