As a Special Education Preschool Teacher with MIYO Health, you will have the opportunity to work in-person with preschool-aged children, providing them with the support and education they need to succeed. You will collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to develop and implement individualized educational plans, participate in IEP meetings, and create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements
Before applying, make sure you have and are able to:
- Active Teaching Certificate with Early Childhood Special Education endorsement in the state of FLORIDA.
- Availability to teach in-person for the 2024-2025 school year in the Okeechobee, FL area.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs
- Experience developing and implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in early childhood special education
- Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators
- Participate in IEP meetings and case management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Have a professional, dedicated space for working remotely
- Passion and talent for building relationships
