Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems that meet business requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Optimize software for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve our process and products.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s technical growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in Javascript or Python, proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS, NextJS, NextJS preferred.
  • Knowledge of database systems, both relational (e.g., MS Sql Server, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Experience with modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and system design principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
