Social Media & Production Assistant

Snowball is looking for a talented Social Media & Production Assistant to join our client, Filterbuy, as they embark on a groundbreaking journey to grow their company by leveraging the power of video content. This role is essential in supporting the production of engaging social media content that highlights the innovative journey of Filterbuy's CEO and founder, David Heacock.

As the Social Media & Production Assistant, you'll work closely with an extremely talented creative team that's focused on bringing visionary ideas to life across various media platforms. You'll assist with filming content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, as well as handle all aspects of posting the final product onto social media platforms.

You'll work with, and learn from, the absolute best in the industry. You'll have the support of industry veterans from Snowball and Filterbuy, who have grown multiple YouTube channels to 10M subscribers & 5B views. You'll also have the extremely unique opportunity to work with, and learn directly from Filterbuy's CEO David Heacock, an extraordinary opportunity for growth.

What you’ll do:

• Film social-first content on video shoots with the CEO and Lead Producer (requires 20 - 30% travel).
• Schedule short-form content daily for posting onto Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Interact with comments on social media in a lively and constructive manner.

Requirements

• Social Media: Deep, in depth knowledge of social trends and viral content.
• Attitude: Bring positive, can-do energy to every video shoot.
• Experience: Previous experience with Video Production equipment preferred, but not required (Sony FX3, Gimbal, Osmo).
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various projects simultaneously.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
• Location: Work in Filterbuy's West Palm Beach, Florida office.

• Salary: $55k - $65k annual compensation

• Travel: Travel with the production team on shoots! Role will require about 20 - 30% travel. All travel expenses will be paid for by the company.
