In this role, you will focus on executing and managing our digital marketing efforts as guided by our Digital Director. This includes producing compelling content and optimizing our online presence across various platforms.
The ideal candidate is a meticulous professional with a keen interest in real estate and a solid grasp of social media marketing platforms, and techniques. This role demands a strong capacity for execution and content creation.
*This is an on-site role based in Miami, FL*
Responsibilities
· Execute social media marketing initiatives under the direction of the Director of Digital Strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching objectives, strategies, and target audience.
· Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn), creating engaging content to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
· Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for increased visibility.
· Attend agent property tours and company events to capture and develop content, focusing primarily on video production.
· Collaborate closely with the head of communications on projects for the CEO and President's social media strategy.
· Support the creative development of corporate content and digital campaigns.
· Produce original copy, source images, and collaborate with team members to ensure all content is consistent with the brand's mission. Coordinate with marketing colleagues to maximize the impact of social media marketing efforts and provide detailed briefs to the design team for content creation.
· Collaborate with the Director of Digital Strategy to track and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, monitoring website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation metrics. Generate regular reports to assess performance and suggest improvements based on data using a professional tool such as Sprout Social, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or preferred tool from chosen candidate.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in social media and the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques, social media marketing, and online tools.
- Preferably proficient in using social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, HubSpot, and some Google Analytics.
- Experience creating a content calendar to schedule, organize, and get senior leadership approval on content in a timely manner.
- Creativity and passion for highly engaging digital content that drives engagement, following and sales including video, email, and social media.
- Excellent grammar and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Video editing skills.
- Copywriting skills and engaging captions.
- Reporting and metric analytics.
- Paid social media advertising.
- Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
- 3+ years’ experience as a marketing professional skilled at creating, managing, and continually optimizing all marketing campaigns.
- Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro are a plus but not required.
- Skills in Adobe After Effects are a plus but not required.
- You are a self-starter that enjoys adapting your role to the company's needs. You enjoy building processes and structure and are proactive enough to bring solutions to senior leadership.
- Travel necessary, must have reliable transportation.
