Full Job Description
Service Receptionist is responsible for answering Service Calls and help customers with questions, setting appointments, taking messages. The Receptionist will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner and provide information and assistance to with Service Department.The ideal candidate will have superior customer service skills, great personality, and strong work ethic, and will also learn basic Service Department related duties.
Requirements
Requirements include but are not limited to:
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Computer proficient in billing
General accounting knowledge
Must be able to work full time, Monday - Friday and several Saturdays a month
