DGR Systems, a growing premier technology consulting company, is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our highly competent team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT Services to our clients, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction. This individual will collaborate with clients, partners, engineers, and the sales team to coordinate the execution of service delivery activities and resources, including monitoring service performance, resolving issues, and communicating with clients. This role is responsible for ensuring that IT Services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
This position requires a highly motivated individual, who has an in-depth understanding of IT processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed-upon SOW’s (Statements of Work) and are delivered effectively across multiple workstreams and resources. Collaborate with internal teams such as IT, operations, engineering, and project management to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on service delivery, addressing concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate resources across departments to support service delivery activities effectively and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving efficiency in service delivery operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact service delivery, such as technical issues, resource constraints, or changes in client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of service delivery activities, including incident reports, service requests, and client communications. Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding service delivery metrics, client feedback, and operational challenges.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of service delivery operations and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in IT service delivery, project management, or related roles.
- Experience with IT service management tools and methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is helpful.
- Experience working in a consulting environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively communicating with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills for coordinating multiple service delivery activities simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
