Senior Tax Associate

About the Position:

As a Senior Tax Associate, you will play a crucial role in our tax department. You will be responsible for assisting clients with tax compliance, planning, and advisory services. Join their team and take the next step in your tax career.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns
• Assist clients with tax planning and compliance
• Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Provide exceptional client service and resolve any tax-related issues
• Mentor and supervise junior tax associates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits

• Salary: $85K/yr - $100K/yr, negotiable. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
