We are searching for a seasoned professional to manage all agent creative work as the Senior Marketing Manager overseeing the southern markets and a small team of marketing professionals.
The Senior Marketing Manager represents the ONE Sotheby's creative services team to agents. Working directly with agents, the Sr. Marketing Manager identifies agents' needs and drafts a brief that is then used by the creative team to create new marketing materials. In agency terms this is the equivalent of an account management role interfacing with our important clients (=agents), scoping out projects, estimating timelines and communicating those to the client in a way that manages expectations and builds trust. This role works directly with all agents in the offices and across regions, conducts marketing trainings, serves as a mentor and supervisor to managers and coordinators within the specific market and assists the management team in developing processes to drive economies of scale. Key measures of success in this role are agent satisfaction and retention, understanding and adoption of our marketing tools by agents and coordinators, and efficiencies in agent support.
This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Requirements
- Experience and understanding of graphic design, copywriting, social media and email marketing required.
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
- Reliable transportation.
- Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
