Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering designs and plans
• Conduct engineering analysis and calculations to ensure safety and efficiency of designs
• Prepare and review technical reports and documents
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers
• Participate in client meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in engineering design software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
