Position - Senior Associate of Content and Evangelism
As Senior Associate of Content and Evangelism, you will play a critical role in generating awareness, affinity, and a deeper understanding of Oceans’ offerings. You will work with the marketing team to drive net new customers to Oceans, as well as create content to help the sales team cross-sell other products. This is a great opportunity to own the full stack of content including social, the Oceans blog, video content, podcast production, and all other forms of content.
This role requires knowledge of the overseas talent market, deep creativity, understanding of social platforms, and a desire to have fun and experiment with new content formats.
Compensation Package
- 110k-140k

Responsibilities
- Create and implement a growth-oriented content marketing strategy, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple customer segments.
- Establish and maintain Oceans' brand voice, executing brand marketing and content strategies that drive growth, engagement, and loyalty.
- Own and manage Oceans' blog content and social media presence, ensuring consistent, high-quality output.
- Test new formats like short-form video production and podcast creation.
- Develop and oversee a content calendar that aligns with our business goals and showcases the value of global talent.
- Collaborate with other teams to create compelling case studies and success stories that highlight the impact of Oceans' services.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in content marketing or a related field.
- Strong preference for candidates who have worked with or managed overseas talent.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for various platforms and audiences.
- A comfortability creating video content and being “in front of the camera”.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing strategies.
- Experience with SEO best practices and social media management.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with content performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
