Senior Associate - Accounting Advisory

Hire Resolve's client , a leading global accounting firm based in Tampa, FL, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join their Accounting Advisory team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to provide accounting advisory services that align with their business objectives and compliance requirements
• Conduct financial analysis and research to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist clients with technical accounting issues and provide recommendations and solutions
• Support clients in the implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and systems
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members
• Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• CPA certification or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or advisory roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
