Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement Salesforce Einstein GPT and Agentforce solutions to enhance customer interactions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and AI-driven applications to streamline workflows.
• Optimize existing Salesforce processes by utilizing Einstein's predictive analytics and intelligent automation features.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of developed solutions to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively leverage new features and capabilities.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions that drive business success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Salesforce development, specifically with Einstein GPT and Agentforce technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Apex, Lightning, and other relevant Salesforce languages and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of CRM principles and the ability to apply them within the Salesforce environment.
