Representatives will handle inbound calls for industry leading mobile company customers in order to help resolve issues and to try to provide additional value by offering a service or product to their account.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer service for industry leading mobile company business customers.
- Capitalize on all opportunities to expand services.
- Consistently provide a great customer experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Hospitality or call center experience is an asset, but not required
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Computer skills including typing, navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience
- Dynamic personality with high energy
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
- Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
