Guaranteed hourly base pay + UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS.

SHIFT:
Training: Sunday-Thursday 12 pm-9 pm (2 weeks)

Nesting: Sunday-Thursday 12 pm-9 pm (2 weeks)

Production: Sunday-Thursday 3 pm - 12 am

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Handle calls through a blended call queue working customers through the sales cycle
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
• Recommending solutions by cross-selling and upselling.
• Accurately take and process customer orders.
• Consistently provide a great customer experience

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience is an asset, but not required.
• Hospitality or call center experience is an asset, but not required.
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Computer skills including typing, navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems.
• Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience.
• Dynamic personality with high energy
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
