Sales Associate

City Wide Maintenance of Port St. Lucie is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our B2B sales team. If you have a “can-do” attitude and a strong drive to succeed, this job is for you.

Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.

This position includes a base salary of $45,000 to $50,000 and includes commissions based on sales in territory. Successful Sales Execs with City Wide exceed 6 figures within our uncapped compensation plan!

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Requirements

· 2+ years of outside sales experience in a B-to-B company

· Bachelor’s or equivalent experience

· Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals

· Strong MS Office and CRM abilities

· Outgoing and energetic, with a dynamic personality

· Career-oriented, with a strong desire to win
