Role Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Representative in our orthodontic office, you will play a vital role in helping patients understand their treatment options and guiding them through the decision-making process. You will be responsible for driving new patient acquisition, increasing treatment acceptance rates, and enhancing the overall patient experience.
In this role, you will educate potential patients on the benefits of orthodontic care, present treatment plans, and provide financing solutions to ensure accessibility. You will also develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients through digital marketing, community outreach, and referral programs. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and create a positive patient experience will directly contribute to the growth and success of our practice.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting. Responsibilities:
- Educate potential patients on available orthodontic treatment plans, financing options, and benefits.
- Conduct initial consultations and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into treatment starts.
- Build and maintain relationships with patients, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients, including social media, community outreach, and referral programs.
- Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure seamless patient experiences from consultation to treatment initiation.
- Track and analyze sales performance, patient conversions, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Organize promotional events, open houses, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.
- Handle objections and concerns from potential patients professionally and persuasively.
- Help front desk with answering calls as needed throughout the day.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience (preferably in healthcare, dental, or orthodontics).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain complex treatment options clearly.
- Knowledge of orthodontic treatments, procedures, and financing options (or willingness to learn).
- Experience with CRM systems, patient management software, or marketing platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Professional and personable demeanor, with a focus on patient satisfaction and trust-building.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
