Resource Supervisor

Simeon Global Consulting is seeking a Resource Supervisor to play a crucial role in overseeing and managing personnel and material resources to ensure efficient project operations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to coordinate teams and resources effectively, ensuring optimal performance and timely delivery of services to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personnel Management: Supervise and manage the performance of resource teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. 
• Resource Allocation: Oversee the distribution of equipment, materials, and staff to various work sites according to project needs. 
• Planning & Execution: Develop and implement strategies for optimal use of personnel and material resources, including scheduling and task prioritization. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, field teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical challenges. 
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all resource management activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and relevant laws. 
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports on resource utilization, team performance, and inventory levels. 

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• 1-3 years of experience in resource management, logistics, or a related field. 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience in team management and coordination. 
• Knowledge of logistics and resource allocation best practices. 
• Familiarity with resource management software and tools. 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
• Experience in emergency management or disaster response operations. 

Additional Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 18 years old.  
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. 
• Must reside in the state of Florida. 
• Must pass a background check upon offer of employment.  
• Must be willing and able to travel to various work sites as needed. 
• Must be willing and able to work long hours and adapt to changing environments.
