Resident Compliance Specialist

Wealth Recruitment, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Resident Compliance Specialist to join our team. As the Resident Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements in the residential properties we manage. You will work closely with property managers and residents to resolve compliance issues and maintain a safe and compliant living environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and laws
• Conduct regular inspections of residential properties to identify and address any compliance issues
• Collaborate with property managers to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
• Respond to resident complaints and inquiries regarding compliance matters
• Investigate violations and implement corrective actions as necessary
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may impact residential properties

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience as a Resident Compliance Specialist on a construction project OR
• Two (2) years of assisting the Resident Compliance Specialist in monitoring the project
• Prior experience in both State and Federal Aid funded construction projects with FDOT and knowledge of EEO/AA laws and FDOT’s DBE and OJT programs
