Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying Talent Pools: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent within specific geographic regions or industries. This may involve attending networking events, industry conferences, and career fairs to build relationships and pipelines of potential candidates.
- Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with passive and active candidates in the field through personalized outreach, networking, and consistent communication. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its culture, values, and career opportunities.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics within designated regions. Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and recruitment strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates through various channels, such as social media, email, phone calls, and in-person meetings. Offer relevant information about job opportunities, company culture, and career progression to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process using applicant tracking systems or CRM tools.
- Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand their talent needs and priorities. Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing activities, market insights, and recruitment metrics to support informed decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices and innovative sourcing techniques in the field of talent acquisition. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains to optimize the talent-sourcing process.
- Compliance and Data Integrity: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations during the sourcing and recruitment process. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality of candidate information in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role, with a focus on in-market sourcing strategies.
- Deep knowledge of local talent markets, industry trends, and recruitment best practices; recruiting experience within the real estate industry is a plus.
- Expertise in communication and relationship cultivation.
- Strong collaborative skills paired with autonomy.
- Effective at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
- A proactive and creative approach to sourcing passive candidates and engaging talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Background check required.
- Must reside within the region hired for, preferably Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, or Miami; frequent travel is required.
