Extenteam is a professional solutions company that helps management professionals operating short-term rentals, vacation homes and real estate investment trusts.

Extenteam is currently looking for a Recruitment and Culture Manager to undertake the following tasks and play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a positive organizational culture while overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process. This role involves developing strategies to attract top talent who not only possess the required skills but also align with the company's values and culture. Additionally, the Recruitment and Culture Manager works to enhance employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and overall employee experience.
What You Will Do:
1. Recruitment
- Hire US and LatAM based positions for the corporate team. Lead the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's culture and business objectives.
2. Improve Culture & Employee Experience at Extenteam
- Improve Culture and Employee Engagement, assist Extenteam to be a great place to work at for all of our corporate team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs that introduce new hires to the company's culture, values, and expectations.
- Gather feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to address concerns.
- Monitor employee engagement metrics and develop strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR roles for a US-based company (experience in start-up company is good to have).
- We prefer someone who has a I can do it attitude, as opposed to a specialist who worked at a larger corporation and was only responsible for a small piece of the machine.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey the company's culture and values.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (Wellfound, Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong work ethic (integrity and commitment).
- Must reside in the Miami Metro area, and be willing to come into the Miami office at least three times a week.
