Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends

  • Prepare and present property listings with detailed information

  • Guide clients through the entire transaction process from initial consultation to closing

Requirements

  • Valid real estate license in the state of operation
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property values
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in real estate software and MLS systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and clients
