Greenergy Realty is a small, dedicated, boutique-style real estate company specializing in builder representation and general real estate in Florida. Our unique business allows our agents to work with both new and existing home sales for buyers and sellers. Team members spend 10-12 days per month in the builder sales model, while the remaining days are targeted toward lead follow-up and general real estate sales. We offer a top-of-the-line Lead Management/CRM and provide an extensive Training Platform to help drive business to the next level. We are seeking licensed Real Estate Agents to join our close-knit builder team in the Port St. Lucie area!

Responsibilities:
● List and sell residential real estate for new and existing homes.
● Educate buyers on builder and new home benefits.
● Spend 2-3 days per week (about 10 days per month) in sales model to connect with visitors
● Follow up on all company and agent-generated leads using company technology CRM platform.
● Negotiate purchase agreements and close contracts with buyers and sellers.
● Host open houses and other events.
● Prepare market analysis to help determine property values.
● Educate clients on basic real estate procedures.
● Verify and disclose property facts to clients.
Qualifications:
● A valid real estate license is required for the state of Florida
● Have an already established general real estate business preferred
● Previous experience in real estate or new home sales is required
● Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases is required
● Eager to follow up on all leads using the provided CRM
● Ability to build rapport with clients.
● Strong negotiation skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Willing to be part of a unique team in a boutique agency.
