Job Title: Rental Broker (Real Estate Agent)

We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team as a Rental Broker. In this role, you will work with a plethora of leads from clients seeking rental options in condominiums and apartment complexes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting leads by providing personalized recommendations based on their criteria and preferences.

- Conducting scheduled tours of rental properties or providing virtual video tours for clients unable to attend in person.

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available rental properties, market trends, and neighborhood amenities.

- Negotiating lease terms and agreements between tenants and landlords.

- Providing excellent customer service throughout the rental process, from initial inquiry to lease signing.

- Collaborating with property owners and managers to ensure smooth and efficient rental transactions.

- Keeping accurate records of client interactions, property viewings, and lease agreements.

Requirements

- Valid real estate license

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- Knowledge of local rental market trends
