We offer a variety of roles to suit your strengths:
- Community Manager: Oversees daily operations, leads the team, manages budgets, and ensures resident satisfaction.
- Assistant Community Manager: Supports the Community Manager with administrative duties, leasing, and resident relations.
- Leasing Consultant: Handles leasing inquiries, assists prospective residents, and helps with the move-in process.
- Activities Coordinator: responsible for planning and organizing engaging events and afterschool activities for children within the community.
- Service Lead: Ensures all service requests are addressed efficiently, maintains the property’s appearance, and ensures community safety. They lead by example, handling day-to-day maintenance tasks alongside the team.
- Service Technician: Performs maintenance tasks, repairs, and addresses resident service requests.
- Porter/Groundskeeper: Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including common areas and outdoor spaces.
