Job Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking an experienced Program Manager with expertise in US Navy Expeditionary Command and Control Programs. The Program Manager will be charged with developing, maintaining, and executing program documentation, integrated master schedule, earned value management, and monitoring and tracking financial data.

**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

Responsibilities:

• Support Expeditionary and Maritime Systems in the scheduling of technology insertion, technology refresh, life cycle sustainment activities, and systems integration activities.  Including maintenance of an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) where warranted.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DoD requirements, policies and procedures related to acquisition.
• Oversees the management of all team members supporting all tasks.
• Responsible for the delivery of timely, high quality and accurate deliverables.
• Asist the Program Office in the acquisition, financial health/status management, production, and delivery of cognizant programs.
• Ensures team members are properly trained and knowledgeable in their areas of responsibilities in support of NSWC PC, including access to relevant databases and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Active Secret clearance required.

• Nine (9) or more years’ program management experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) Program Management and Financial Management contracts, technical and business aspects of DoD acquisition policy and regulations.

• Experience developing, maintaining, and executing program documentation, integrated master schedule, earned value management, and monitoring and tracking of financial data.

Desired:

• Previous NAVSEA experience

• PMP Certification

• Understanding of Joint Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2)
